A dead rose symbolizes death… yet I didn’t want to draw a dead one
I’m not that good at drawing nor painting but when the artist asked me “what would you like to draw, today?”
I couldn’t but think of all the dead children of Gaza and Lebanon..
I didn’t want to draw a dead rose, nor blood
We are already witnessing it live ..
I thought of a A living red rose, to represent the love we hold in our hearts for them
And for every child that deserves love instead of war …
