Wall of Human Stories at RAYS 2024

At the RAYS Summit 2024 in Malaysia, Waves to Home proudly facilitated the Wall of Human Stories—a special space for participants to share, connect, and reflect through storytelling.

This interactive wall brought together voices from communities across the globe, including Malaysia and 10 other ASEAN countries, who also participated in our workshop during the summit, as well as Ukraine, Canada, Italy, France, and Switzerland highlighting the diverse experiences of youth and young humanitarians Waves to Home has worked with.

The Wall of Human Stories served as a safe and open platform, allowing participants to express their experiences, challenges, and hopes. It reinforced the power of storytelling to build empathy, foster understanding, and connect people across borders, showing that no matter who we are or where we come from, our stories unite us.

Through this initiative, Waves to Home continues to amplify voices, strengthen communities, and create global storytelling impact—one story, one community, one region at a time.
